How I Edit my instagram photographs

One of the most interesting post I personally enjoy to read is how people like to edit there Instagram photographs,  I'm always looking for tips and tricks on how to edit my photos with cool apps. My all time favourite app and I think anyone who uses Instagram' favourite app, is VSCO cam. I have it on both Lightroom and iPhone and I use it on everything, even my videos get a quick make-over with this app. The two filters I love to use is C1 and HB2, I will set a filter and mess around with the brightness and contrast until I'm happy with the outcome. The next app I love to use is Afterlight, you can add the cutest light flares to your images to give them a boho feel. After I have applied these and I'm happy with my image, I am then set and ready for Instagram!

USA TRAVELIN'

I'M BACK - I had a short break whilst planning the last of our trip, working extra hours, spending time with the family, packing and to top it all off, I ended up with glandular fever for a week. Not good. I do apologise but I am back and will be resuming with posts as normal, trying to be as consistent as I can. After long travels and a week full of feeling sorry for myself I gathered up some of my MANY favourite images from the trip and hope you all like them just as much as I do.
I honestly recommend anyone to do a similar trip to ours, it was the smoothest most relaxing holiday I have ever been on. Although it was jam packed with adventure it was extremely chilled and laid back. Anton and myself would definitely look into jumping in the car and California drivin' again, but maybe this time we just might end up on the opposite side of the USA.

Safe and happy travels to anyone who is visiting anywhere anytime soon, I know I can't wait for our next adventure. Where will yours be?

Road trip essentials

Our American road trip is heading here fast and I have been none stop holiday shopping, its honestly a problem, but we have paid everything we need to and its nice to enjoy not having to save every penny I get.
Today I'm going through all the essentials I need for the car when going on a road trip.

1. Pillow
For the car, you don't want a numb bum being in the car for that long

2. Bikini
you never know when you  might see a pool or lake you want to jump in, forget this and your only option is to skinny dip🍑

3. Water
Water, water, water - To drink, to top up the car, to cool off, you literally need water for everything on your travels and I can't stress enough how important it is to stay hydrated. Especially when your in high temperatures.

4. Sunglasses
Sunglasses are a big necessity, are more so for whoever is hauling you cross country. The last thing you want is to be blinded by the sun whilst driving for hours.

5. Sunscreen
This is important no matter what country your in, you should always keep a small bottle in your bag.

6. Spare Tee
Driving for a long time, is uncomfortable and sweaty, at the end of a long drive alls you want is a shower and a change of clothes. But I recommend throwing a spare t-shirt in the car so you can easily change when your feeling worse for wear, this also saves you pulling off the road to search threw your suitcase in the boot.

7.  Camera
You want to enjoy yourself, so take as many pictures you can but also focus on your surroundings and enjoy the place your in and the people your with. You don't want to spend your vacation through a camera lens. But being said, you want to remember the memories your living so take all the photos and videos you can so you can always look back on the times you had, a journal is also a great idea for keeping memories alive.

8.  Flash Light and a Spare
The last thing you want is to get a flat and to be stuck in the middle of no where without a source of light or a spare tire.

9. Maps
You may have the latest upgrade of Google Maps or the most expensive SAT NAV but whats the thing each of these have in common with the other? They both require a battery source. I also know you can get in car chargers but there is always a change of something going wrong, so I would 100% recommend bring a set of maps that will be you to your destination incase of emergencies.

10. Good Company
My last tip - Good company.
The last thing you want is to be stuck in a car for 60 hours with someone who quite frankly gets on your tits, good company is always a good idea and for someone your spending that many hours with, you better had make sure you like them a hell of a lot.

Florida

We took a trip to Florida last summer and with our next trip coming up its made me nostalgic for our last trip. Whilst we were there we visited Disney World and if you haven't already guessed from our Paris trip, Disney is my favourite place in the world. This summer we're visiting the Californian Disneyland and I can't wait! but I promise we didn't plan to visit a different Disney Land every trip. These are some of my favourite snaps from the trip (and this is the short version of favourite pictures). I hope you enjoy!
